As any product, Water MOOver needs to be installed accordingly in order to reach it's full potential.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work to make it right.

Within 60 business days of receipt if you are not happy with an item, contact us. We will gladly replace it, refund the purchase price of the item (if returned), or credit you for other items, your choice.

The shipping method used for return order correction is solely at our discretion. All other return shipment credit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Before returning an item you must first contact us for return shipment authorization.
